10 Lives

10 Lives is an upcoming animated comedy film directed by Chris Jenkins. The movie features a talented voice cast including Mo Gilligan, Simone Ashley, Sophie Okonedo, Zayn Malik, Dylan Llewellyn, Jeremy Swift, Tabitha Cross, and Bill Nighy.

After losing his last life, Beckett seeks help from Grace, a mystical figure in charge of the afterlife for animals. She grants him a second chance but in a unique twist: he returns with multiple new lives, taking on various animal forms, including a badger, rat, cockroach, parrot, fish, dog, and horse. Meanwhile, Rose faces challenges from her lab director, Professor Craven, who aims to sabotage her research for his gain.

Throughout the film, Beckett must navigate his new lives while working to protect Rose and the bee population from Craven’s malicious schemes. The film is filled with humor and heartfelt moments, showcasing themes of redemption and the importance of appreciating the love we receive.

10 Lives is set to have its world premiere on 20 January 2024 at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. In the UK, the film will be available as a Sky Original, premiering on 5 April 2024 on Sky Cinema and streaming on NOW.

As for North American audiences, Briarcliff Entertainment has secured distribution rights, and the film is currently scheduled for release in the US, although a specific date has yet to be confirmed.

The production of 10 Lives involved collaboration between GFM Animation, a London-based studio, and several other companies, including L’Atelier Animation from Canada. The film’s engaging plot and charming animation style have already generated positive early reviews, with critics highlighting its humor and emotional depth.
