The film follows the adventures of Tanjiro Kamado and his companions as they tackle formidable foes. The story begins with Muichiro Tokito, the Mist Hashira, awakening a powerful mark that boosts his abilities after a fierce battle. Meanwhile, Tanjiro and Genya Shinazugawa join forces with Mitsuri Kanroji, the Love Hashira, to fight against the Upper Four demon, Hantengu.
The film incorporates the final episode of the third season and the first episode of the fourth season, making it a compilation that highlights key events in the storyline.
