Cameron Michelle Diaz, born on 30 August 1972, is a well-known American actress. With a diverse career spanning both comedy and drama, Diaz's movies have collectively earned over $3 billion at the U.S. box office. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, she became famous for her roles in romantic comedies, establishing herself as a prominent sex symbol and one of Hollywood's most bankable stars. In 2013, she achieved the milestone of being the highest-paid actress over 40 years old.
