Claire Antonia Forlani was born in December 1971 in Twickenham, London, England. She is a well-known English actress who rose to fame in the mid-1990s. Forlani gained significant recognition for her role as Brandi Svenning in the movie Mallrats (1995) and for her performance in the biopic Basquiat (1996). Her breakthrough came in 1998 with the fantasy romance film Meet Joe Black, where she starred alongside Anthony Hopkins and Brad Pitt.

Throughout her career, Forlani has appeared in many films, including Mystery Men (1999), Boys and Girls (2000), Antitrust (2001), The Medallion (2003), and In the Name of the King (2007).
